It has been 8 months since the MHA manga ended back in August of 2024 and now, ahead of an art exhibition, Horikoshi decided to drop a new Illustration for his creation. The Art Exhibition set to be held in June 21st-August 31st of 2025, has had a lot of MHA fans exited to see what will be there. The Exhibition is to be held in the Creative Museum Tokyo building where Demon Slayer has had a panel since November of 2024. Ahead of this Art Exhibition, Kohei Horikoshi decided to draw up a panel that is not short to be called a masterpiece.

The illustration features our beloved characters from MHA drawn in exquisite art. With All For One and Iron All Might floating in the middle of the page, and Deku seemingly looking into the distance behind him, this Illustration is more than just a drawing. Toga is confronting Ochako, while Dabi is eyeing the Todoroki Family in the distance. Hawks is seemingly ready to kill Twice again, while Shigaraki looks like he is ready to destroy everything that is seen in the illustration. This is a Love letter to fans while being a reminder that the War Arc changed everything. My Hero Academia Season 8 is set to be the Finale of the series that is going to air this fall, and things couldn’t be just right. Horikoshi seems like he likes his Manga so much, that he is willing to create more art to make sure the flame never dies.

Seeing MHA ending is sad, for it has been a series that had defined what Shonen is like in, the New Generation. From Demon Slayer, Jujutsu Kaisen and even Black Clover, My Hero Academia will be remembered as one of the greats that defined what the Shonen Genre stands for in the Manga industry. All fans can do is now wait for the finale of the series this fall. Either that or they can be excited for the Prequal manga that has gotten an anime adaptation, Vigilantes, to cover their hearts in this last stretch. It has been a solid run for this series and I wish Studio Bones goes out the park for the Finale, and gives fans a last minute showdown they will never forget.
